Bride Courtney dream dress was inspired by a merging different designs into one.
The bodice was inspired by Order 172 Beautiful Bride Caroline’s Dress and Princess Kates Dress/every Royal Princess Bride.
Bride Courtney said I do to Robin Hughes in the presence of her fur child Booth and family and friends in her Princess themed Wedding at the very regal QLD Club.
Hence I have named her dress The Regal Heritage Dress .
On a personal note Courtney you are awesome we are both dog lovers and you were just amazing to design for from the get go. Thankyou for giving me the very special honour of creating your dream dress.

I’ll let beautiful Courtney describe her design process with me
“Thank you The process from my dream design to your recommendations to suit my body type (corset back was a brilliant idea) to the length of train and even the lace choice to suit me. I like to have more coverage on the arms but wanted lace, so you showed me a few laces that offered the coverage, the delicate touch and a little elastic for comfort! Then the lace and beading on the bodice and train. Immaculately done by your team! The communication was excellent throughout the process with videos as each step was done and you checked in to make sure I was happy with everything. As the dress looks different on the mannequin, I thought the waist was too low, nope it was perfect and you even sent me measurements to put my mind at ease. I have no idea what it would have been like through a bridal store for me, I have heard plenty of horror stories. I researched the Brisbane Brides Facebook page and you popped up. Yes some of the gowns you make are non-traditional, but that didn’t deter me as it means you will make what the bride wants (within reason) and it suits their body types not just a standard size 8 blown up to “fit” a larger size. That just doesn’t work. Your gowns are bespoke and absolutely amazing! Everyone complimented me on the day, including the groomsman. I think they were taken back by a girl from the bush glamming it up. Thank you again Becky, I truly appreciate you making my magical dream dress come to light. You are a little pocket sized fairy godmother. ”
Bride Courtney received photos and videos from start to finish and was able to approve each step of the design through the dressmaking process. Through my in person online design process, she picked her fabrics in person (I have hundreds of colours to choose from).
Like with all my brides Courtney also customised her dress throughout the dress creation process, as I sent her photos and videos throughout and she was able to design her exact lace outline on her dream wedding dress.
As well as the wedding dress being customised to Courtney individual 25 measurements, unlike a bridal store which only takes 3 measurements. That often results in extensive alterations!

All our fabrics are designed for the Australian bride, which means we use the finest fabrics of silk/satins, soft tulles and cotton laces which feel like luxury against the skin and breathe against the skin…. So, our brides are comfortable whether their day be in the heat of the Australian summer or spring.
